Susan Hexagon SILK Box is a beautiful addition to your home. It is made in the softest silk. Use your box for jewelry, for small cards or to store your most loved possessions. The box is made of wood and with cotton padding on the lid and in the inside bottom. The whole box – both outside and inside is covered with a unique vintage silk sari. The sari inside and the sari outside are different but matched to complement each other. This unique item is made from a beautiful upcycled crepe silk sari handpicked by SISSEL EDELBO. The sari has been worn by an Indian woman, which means that smaller imperfections such as small stains and loose threads will occur. However, to us these imperfections are the clothes’ unique beauty flaws. They reflect the life and the love that the previous owner has added to the fabric.
